These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Eidice OS and eidiceos.com, operated by Oliver Labs LLC dba Eidice ("Oliver Labs," "we," "us"). By using the website or service, you agree to these Terms.

Eidice OS is an AI-assisted business operating system for lead-driven service companies. Features may include lead intake, workflow visibility, booking support, operational recommendations, AI drafting, and reporting.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for maintaining appropriate access controls, and for reviewing outputs before sending messages, making commitments, or acting on recommendations.

3. AI-Assisted Output

AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. Eidice OS is not a substitute for professional judgment and does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, real-estate, or compliance advice.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to violate law, spam recipients, misrepresent identity, or infringe rights.
Do not submit secrets, payment card data, protected health information, or other highly sensitive data unless we have agreed in writing that the service is configured for that use.
Do not interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, or service availability.

5. Customer Data

As between you and Oliver Labs, you own the business data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Eidice OS as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Product Preview and Setup Requests

If you request a setup call or product preview, you agree that Oliver Labs may follow up using the contact details you provide. Product availability, pricing, and implementation scope may change until agreed in a written order or service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, website, software, design, and content are owned by Oliver Labs or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited right to access the service; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that the service will meet every business need.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oliver Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
