Eidice OS

Integration

Calendar integration should carry the customer context with the appointment.

Calendars tell a team when something is scheduled. Eidice OS is concerned with the surrounding context: why the customer booked, what was promised, and what follow-up should happen next.

The calendar layer is treated as an operational integration, not just a date picker.

What calendar readiness means

Readiness means the business knows who can book, which appointment types exist, how buffers work, where reminders go, and who reviews unusual requests before a commitment is made.

How AI can support booking

AI can prepare summaries, reminder drafts, and suggested scheduling paths. It should not make commitments that conflict with availability, policy, or customer-specific constraints.

Failure modes to inspect

Owners should inspect what happens when a slot disappears, a customer reschedules, an urgent request arrives, or the lead record does not have enough context to recommend a booking path.
